Krista

Krista has a Master’s Degree in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Her path started by managing at In N Out Burger, then working at a commercial real estate brokerage, to running multiple small businesses, and now is our Director of Operations.

Antonio

Antonio is a graduate from Northern Arizona University. He coaches volleyball and has a passion for helping us save money as a team. He is a wonderful support for Victoria and loves working with family. He has an adorable pug named Pono!

Kellen

Kellen Regalado is a certified personal trainer with a background in the fitness industry, managing large fitness clubs. Kellen is passionate about improving the quality of life for others. Working hands on, as a trainer, with so many of the elderly in the gym environment helped him understand the dire need for Residential Assisted Living for the large population of aging baby boomers. He now works as the Director of Inside Sales for RALA encouraging students to take the next step in their journey to financial freedom through doing good and doing well.

Blair

Blair is a graduate from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management focusing on Human Resources. His love for engaging with people has made him a perfect HR guy! He loves to help solve problems and create opportunities for people to soar in their careers. He is your go to guy for everything!

Katy

Katy is originally from Saratoga Springs in upstate New York, and recently moved to Nashville Tennessee. She has a background in event coordination and business operations, and loves any opportunity to create a streamlined processes and workflow. She is passionate, creative, organized and so excited to be a part of the RALA Team to offer support wherever she can!

Abby

Abby graduated from ASU and was an elementary teacher for 9 years. She is excited to join the team and bring her organization skills, leadership and friendly personality to help support RALA students. She is married to her husband, Rob, our Chief Marketing Officer and they have 4 children: Luke, Liam, Riley, and Owen.

Alicia

As a graduate from ASU with a degree in marketing, Alicia brings a passion for people and excellence. Her unique skills bring organization and clarity to the team, served up with a big smile and fun attitude.

Damien

Experienced Chief Strategy Officer with a demonstrated history of working with service-based organizations. Strong business development professional skilled in Digital Strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Landing Page Optimization, Advertising, and Branding & Identity.

Kurt

Kurt brings a wealth of skills and experience to the marketing team. A graduate of Arizona State University with years of experience as a team leader, systems developer, and writer.

James

James is an incredible media coordinator, with experience filming events, music videos, weddings and RE films he seamlessly fit into the RALA team. All of our incredible footage is due in part to his expertise in the media field.

Jesse

Jesse brings a wealth of experience in web technology to the team. He’s an Arizona State University graduate with a degree in Photography, and years of experience in multimedia production.

Tess

Tess is a personal trainer and health coach who loves any opportunity to inspire those around her to take ownership of their health and improve the quality of their lives. She is excited by new and challenging opportunities and is looking forward to bringing positive energy, creative ideas, and a high caliber of work ethic to the RALA team!

Ann

Ann is a former RAL student turned staff member. She is a real estate investor in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Ann has 20 years of financial experience prior to getting in to real estate and is known as the “voice of RALA”. She helps customers with daily needs and is always there to answer any questions or concerns regarding your experience with RALA.

Colby was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. When he was five years old, his mother started and operated a residential assisted living home. He grew up in residential assisted living homes up until he moved out at the age of eighteen to study theology in Kansas City, Missouri. Now it is his mission and goal to share with others the lifestyle and joy an assisted living home can bring to an individual or family looking to start their own.

Daniel was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. He has two older brothers who are also his best friends that push him to his greatest potential. Daniel’s father was a small business owner who instilled a strong work ethic in him at a young age. At 11 years old Daniel began working for his father in his retail party supply stores. He held this job until joining the United States Army at 18. He then served his country for the next 4 years until the completion of his initial contract. After separating from the Army, Daniel became a personal fitness trainer and enjoyed that position for about a year and a half. Now Daniel feels called to work in customer solutions at the Residential Assisted Living Academy, and is excited for the journey ahead!

Isaiah is a San Diego native with a diverse background in personal training, wellness coaching, non-profit leadership, and wildland firefighting. With a passion for helping others, Isaiah also creates social media content that inspires personal growth and promotes positivity for millions worldwide. In all of Isaiah’s endeavors, including the Residential Assisted Living Academy, the goal remains the same – to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Leo

Leo graduated from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) in 2002, he was a member of the CCSU Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team for 4 years. He is licensed in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health, and has been in the insurance industry since 2009, now he’s taking the Residential Assisted Living world by storm. He is energized and excited to help others reach their RAL goals!

Sean

Sean has years of sales and real estate experience, he graduated from Dalhousie Univerisy in Halifax, NS with a degree in business management. He also played basketball throughout his university career. He loves combining his passion for both entrepreneurship and real estate to help others accomplish their goals of financial freedom through RAL!

Carla Lee

Carla Lee started as Gene’s star student and is now one of Gene’s star staff! With some real estate experience she took Gene’s course, went home and opened 3 AL homes in New Mexico within 5 months! She now works alongside RALAcademy to help students have the same success she did!

Dana

Dana is a registered nurse with 18+ years medical experience. Along with medical office management, she has a background in ICU, Critical Care, & Neurology. She is the co-founder of Lighthouse Personal Care Homes. After earning her Residential Assisted Living Specialist Certification through RAL Academy she has focused her efforts on becoming a memory care and dementia specialist. She is currently a Virtual Dementia Tour Facilitator and is in the process of becoming a PAC certified trainer. As an owner operator of a memory care home, she emphasizes education and support for staff, resident families, and local communities.

David

David has a long history in Financial Planning and Program Management in the computing field. David supports the RAL Academy Associates with writing their business plans and working with the Financial Suite.

Eddy

Eddy has been a real estate investor for the past 15 years. He specializes in property management and residential rehabbing. Eddy transitioned to Residential Assisted Living in 2017 where he earned his Residential Assisted Living Specialist Certification. Eddy enjoys providing guidance to RALA students by teaching and mentoring about the many valuable lessons he has learned and continues to learn from his journey through the RAL business.

Greg

Greg Self is a serial entrepreneur focused in real estate investing, private lending, and senior housing developments. He and his wife and business partner Heather co-founded New Hope Senior Living, Self Capital Group, and several other companies. They live near Nashville with their family and enjoy traveling the world.

Heather

Heather is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for creating significance in every aspect of life. She has become a go-to mentor for female entrepreneurs wanting to connect with their passions and gain the confidence and skills needed to achieve their goals.

Jamie

Jamie is a seasoned entrepreneur with an extensive background in financial advising and real estate investments including property acquisition and disposition. Jamie earned his Residential Assisted Living Specialist Certification in 2016 and now mentors and coaches other RALA students.

Janet

Janet has a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and worked with geriatric patients with strokes, dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurological disorders for 30 years. She earned the RAL Specialist designation in 2017 and is the co-founder and Administrator of Mimi’s House Assisted Living and Memory Care in Cincinnati, OH. Janet enjoys educating and helping others, and sharing her passion for providing a better life for seniors.

Jim

Jim has trained tens of thousands of entrepreneurs in business, investing, real estate, marketing, finance and personal development. He’s led hundreds of seminars throughout the United States, is author of the Amazon #1 best-seller “Get Real MONEY!”, he’s been on radio many times and been published in over 800 periodicals. Jim regularly supports our RAL Academy Student Associates while simultaneously developing a nationally branded RAL concept.

Joshua

Joshua Hull is a former student of the RAL Academy and is Managing Member of Eden Estates Assisted Living as well as a partner in Serendipity in the Sun Assisted Living. Joshua began his career as an ICC Certified Special Inspector focusing on high-rise and roadway construction before finding a passion for business and helping Seniors. Joshua believes that anything can be achieved as long as you stay motivated and continue attacking the goals in front of you.

Dr. Lorn

Dr. Lorn Miller is a board certified neurologist with over 35 years experience in the medical field. He is contracted by clinics & universities across the country from Florida to Alaska and has served on numerous boards and has held academic affiliations at multiple colleges & universities. He has been featured on local radio and television programs as well. Dr. Miller joined the Lighthouse Personal Care Home team in 2017.

Mark

Mark Hutton earned his RAL Specialist credentials with the RAL Academy in 2017 and he is delighted to be a part of the Student Success Support team. He is a former engineer and real estate entrepreneur with skills and experience in deal analysis, residential and commercial acquisitions, and raising money. He is the co-founder and Business Manager of Mimi’s House Assisted Living and Memory Care in the Cincinnati area. Outside of skiing, boarding, cars, and motorcycles, Mark truly enjoys teaching and mentoring others in real estate and RAL!

Michelle

Michelle Lovitt. is a former student of the RAL Academy. She is co-founder and owner of Audubon Care Homes in New Orleans, Louisiana with her husband. She is dedicated to becoming a specialists in the field of residential assisted living and memory care. She enjoys mentoring and coaching other RALA students so they can succeed!

Scott

Scott Lovitt, PharmD. is a former student of the RAL Academy. Scott is a residency trained pharmacist, real estate investor and co-owner of Audubon Care Homes in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has worked in the healthcare industry for the past 20 years as both a clinician and an IT consultant for organizations across the country. He has a passion for finding new and innovative ways to improve care for seniors. He also enjoys mentoring and coaching other RALA students so they can succeed!
